FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA) REQUESTS
A FOIA request is a written request to inspect and copy the public records of Academia Antonia Alonso Charter School. Public records are any written or recorded information produced or compiled by the the school that relate to its operations and purpose. Public records do not include personnel and student records; that information is protected by law from public access.
Requests for Public Records may be submitted to La Academia's Executive Director. When requesting public records, please be specific in your description of the types of records, dates, parties to correspondence, subject matter, etc. you seek. La Academia will make every reasonable effort to assist you.
